Archive for July, 2008
New Blog has been published…
Hello World,
I always like to start the new web with those words, so here it is.
We have published the weblog of Armenian Project Management Association which will help you to keep everyone together.
As I have promised we are going to be developed very fast and in very near future.
Right now I am again waiting for Grant approval from CAPS but this time I am very sure that we will get it eventually and hopefully I will do the following things:
- Website lunch – this has been promised by Alexander Bakhshetyan and will be ready at the end of July.
- Materials translation, editing and developing – All materials will be ready by the end of July also.
- Books buying (offline library) – this will be included in Grant but also I would encourage everyone to share some books with association.
- Materials printing – We will print all corporate materials and also will approve the official “Code of Conduct†and “Member Regulationsâ€.
- Member parcel development – This have to be done up to September when we can start getting new members.
- Organization opening ceremony – This will be planned for First week of September and will be done in APMA office.
- Special trainings for IT sector – This will be done for Armenian IT sector in Armenian for 60 people, which is the part of Grant program.
- Book publishing – And the most important issue is standards publishing, which will be officially approved Project Management Standards for Armenian Public and Business sectors.
- Governmental Standards – And the most important target will be the submitting of PM standards to Prime Minister for official approval for Governmental agencies.
So please write us what you can contribute to this development process and what you think about this in general.
Best Regards
Albert Poghosyan
President of APMA
